Alat reproduksi pada manusia berlangsung secara seksual.Alat reproduksi pada manusia berupa alat kelamin pada laki-laki dan alat kelamin pada perempuan.Alat kelamin pada laki-laki berfungsi menghasilkan gamet jantan,yaitu spermatozoa (sperma),yang terdiri dari:
a.Alat kelamin luar:berupa penis
b.Alat kelamin dalam:testis,saluran reproduksi (epididimis,vasa deferensia,vesika seminalis uretra),kelenjar kelamin (vesikula seminalis,kelenjar prostat,kelenjar bulbouretral/cowper).
Alat kelamin wanita,terdiri dari:
a.Alat kelamin luar:labia mayor,mons veneris,labia minor,klitoris,orificium urethrae,himen.
b.Alat kelamin dalam:indung telur(ovarium),oviduk(tuba fallopi),uterus(rahim),vagina.
Reproduksi manusia bermula dari pertemuan sel jantan (spermatozoa)dan sel telur (ovum).Setiap sel telur masak ukurannya sebesar titik,ini jatuh melalui saluran menuju rahim.Dalam perjalanan itulah ada kemungkinan ovum bertemu dengan spermatozoa.Karakter spermatozoa adalah masuk kedalam sel telur dengan cara menembus pelindung sel pada wanita yang disebut korona radiata,Perjuangan berikutnya menembus dinding kedua yang disebut zona pellusida.Jika berhasil dia akan menempel kuat dan menembusnya dengan cepat masuk ke sel telur mencapai intinya.Terjadilah proses pembuahan. In this way, the blood delivers nutrients and removes wastes without leaving the capillary tube.

After delivering oxygen to tissues, the deoxygenated blood an capillaries then starts the return trip to the heart.

Oksigen dan nutrisi yang larut memasuki sel dari cairan sela dengan cara penyebaran ke membran sel. Dengan jalan ini, darah mengantarkan nutrisi dan zat sisa tanpa meninggalkan pembuluh kapiler.

Setelah mengantarkan olsigen ke seluruh tubuh darah yang tak mempunyai oksigen dalam kapiler lalu kembali ke kapiler.
